Showing Agent
Do more deals with less time! We can help arrange a trained showing agent to open doors for your buyer clients so they can see property ASAP! (Keller Williams Brokers Only)
Price: $35-$75
Running Service
Put out a sign. Pick up the lockbox. Put out directionals. Drop off paperwork. If you need a runner, we got you covered. Stay focused on dollar productive activities.
Price: $20/hr
Contract Writing
Paperwork is hard. Well not really but it does take time-valuable time! Give us the data to input and we can give you fully filled out contracts ready to review and present. Don't wait till you get back to the office, we can get it done while you are still showing!
Price $25-45
Listing Request
Are you ready to take that listing? We can help. Our staff can help you gather data like tax cards, deeds, flood maps, fill in listing forms, send broker approved forms via docusign for signatures and upload the executed docs to your file review/storage platform.
Price $50-250
Preliminary Title Review
Don't freak out the day before closing because of the deed of satisfaction that did not get recored or the missing signor you didn't know you needed. This preliminary title search can provide listing agents valuable information! (This not a full title search and not intended as a substitute for the closing attorney's title examination)
